- You accept this Agreement by ticking the box to accept it in the Partner app before your profile goes live (the box is never ticked in advance). We record the version you accepted and the date and time. This Agreement is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and does not need a physical or digital signature. You can download a copy at any time from the Partner app.

- You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter into a contract in India, and a resident of India with a bank account in India.
- Our customer Terms and Conditions at www.spirioology.com/terms and our Privacy Policy at www.spirioology.com/privacy explain what we promise customers. You agree to perform services in a way that lets us keep those promises.

3How Spirioology and Partners work together
- Spirioology sells the Services. Customers buy consultations, reports and pujas from Spirioology and pay Spirioology. Spirioology engages you to perform them and pays you your share. You do not sell to customers through the Platform, and customers do not pay you directly.
- You are an independent professional. You are not an employee, agent, partner or joint-venture partner of Spirioology. You decide when you are available, how many Bookings you accept and how you use your own knowledge and methods, within the Code of Conduct. There are no fixed working hours, minimum hours or targets.
- Non-exclusive. You are free to work with other platforms, temples and clients, and to practise independently, as long as you do not use Spirioology’s customers or Customer Data to do so (section 11).
- You must not say or imply that you are an employee or official representative of Spirioology, or make any promise on Spirioology’s behalf beyond what the Platform shows.
- You are responsible for your own equipment, internet connection, travel, puja materials (unless the Booking says they are provided) and expenses, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4Joining and verification
- To join, you complete the onboarding steps in the Partner app, including your personal details, skills, profile and verification documents listed in Schedule 4.
- Everything you tell us about your identity, qualifications, experience, lineage, temple association and skills must be true and complete. You must tell us within 7 days if anything changes. Giving false information is a serious breach of this Agreement.
- We verify your identity and bank account and review the experience and qualifications you declare. We may interview you, ask for a sample reading or puja, or ask for references. A “Verified” badge on your profile means we have checked your identity and documents. It is not a licence and does not mean we guarantee your readings.
- For pandit-at-home visits, you agree to a background or police verification before your first visit, and again when we reasonably ask.
- We may decline an application or ask for more information. We will tell you the reason where we can.
5Your profile
- Your profile shows your name or professional name, photograph, skills, specialisations, languages, experience, price, availability, rating and reviews. It must accurately describe you and must not use another person’s photo.
- We may edit your profile for length, format, spelling and compliance with law and our rules, and we will tell you about any change to its meaning.
- Your phone number, email, address, KYC documents and bank details are never shown to customers.
6Live consultations
- Availability. You switch yourself online and offline in the Partner app. The app may switch you online for a short period when you open it, as the app explains, and you can switch off at any time. Please switch off whenever you cannot take a session, and do not leave yourself online while unavailable.
- When you accept a session, you must respond promptly, use the language the customer chose, and give the customer your full attention for the whole session.
- Sessions are billed to the customer per second while connected. You must not delay, repeat or stretch answers to extend a session, or end a session early without reason. You may end a session if the customer is abusive, asks for something unlawful, or the session breaks the Code of Conduct, and you should report it.
- Consultations happen only inside the Platform. You must not record, screenshot or copy sessions, or let anyone else listen in or take part.
- Spirioology records a call only where the app has told both you and the customer at the start and both of you have agreed. Chat transcripts are kept in the customer’s account, as our Privacy Policy explains.
- If a customer appears to be in crisis or at risk of harming themselves, you must gently encourage them to contact emergency services on 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416, and report it to us straight away.
7Written reports
- Reports must be your own work, prepared from the customer’s chart data provided through the Platform, and delivered by the deadline shown in the Booking.
- If you use an AI tool to help prepare a report, you must tell us in advance and check every part of the report yourself. You must never present AI-generated content as a reading prepared personally by you unless you have reviewed and adopted it.
8Online pujas and pandit-at-home visits
- You must perform each puja exactly as described in the Booking, including the deity, purpose, rituals, number of pandits, materials, date, time and place, with the sankalp in the names and details the customer provided.
- You may perform a puja at a temple only where you are permitted to do so there, and must not claim any temple association you do not have.
- Proof of every puja must meet the Puja Standards in Schedule 3. Proof must show the customer’s actual puja and must never be stock footage, footage of another puja, edited to mislead, or AI-generated.
- For pandit-at-home visits, you must arrive within the arrival window, behave respectfully, follow fire-safety practices, and stop any ritual that becomes unsafe. You must never ask the customer for money beyond the booked price. Dakshina is voluntary, and you may accept it only if the customer offers it freely.
- If you cannot perform a Booking, you must tell us as early as possible through the Partner app, and in any case at least 24 hours before the scheduled time except in a genuine emergency. Late cancellations cost Spirioology compensation to the customer, and Schedule 2 explains when we may recover it from your Earnings.
- Prasad you send or hand over must be prepared hygienically, sealed and dry where possible. Edible prasad must come from the temple where the puja was performed or from an FSSAI-registered food business, and you must never describe it as a particular temple’s prasad without that temple’s authorisation.
9Code of Conduct
- You must follow the Code of Conduct in Schedule 1 in every interaction with customers and with Spirioology. It reflects Indian law and the promises we make to customers.
- A serious breach of the Code, such as a death prediction, a sex-of-baby prediction, a cure claim, black magic, harassment, asking for money outside the Platform, or misuse of Customer Data, allows us to suspend your account immediately and end this Agreement under section 16.
10Prices, your share and payouts
- Spirioology sets customer prices after discussing them with you. Your per-minute consultation price and the prices of pujas and visits you perform are shown in the Partner app.
- Your share. Your share of each type of Booking is set individually for you and shown in the Partner app before you accept it. Different Partners and different services can have different rates.
- We may change your share or a customer price by giving you at least 15 days’ notice in the Partner app. A change never affects Bookings already confirmed. If you do not accept a change, you may end this Agreement before it takes effect.
- Free minutes, discounts and offers that Spirioology gives customers are paid for by Spirioology and do not reduce your share, unless you agree in advance to take part in a particular offer.
- Earnings, holding periods, deductions, the payout date and the minimum payout are set out in Schedule 2. Your earnings statement in the Partner app shows every Booking, your share, every deduction and every payout with its bank reference number.
- If you think a statement is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the payout. We will review it and correct any error within 7 days.
11Customer Data, confidentiality and non-solicitation
- Customer Data belongs to the customer and is held by Spirioology under its Privacy Policy. You may use it only to perform the Booking it was given for.
- You must keep Customer Data confidential and secure, must not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, store, share or sell it, and must delete any copy you hold as soon as the Booking is complete, unless the law requires otherwise.
- You must tell us within 24 hours if Customer Data is lost, stolen or seen by someone who should not see it.
- Non-solicitation. During this Agreement, you must not share your phone number, social media, email, address or payment details with customers, ask for theirs, invite them to consult or book you outside the Platform, or accept payment from them outside the Platform. If a customer contacts you outside the Platform because of a Booking, please tell us.
- After this Agreement ends, you must not use Customer Data or any list of Spirioology customers to contact or solicit them. You remain free to serve anyone who comes to you independently.
- You must keep confidential any non-public information about Spirioology’s business, prices, commission rates, technology and plans that you learn through the Platform.
12Content and intellectual property
- You keep ownership of your own knowledge, methods and original content. You give Spirioology a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your name, professional name, photograph, profile, voice and the content you provide or create through the Platform, for operating, showing and promoting the Platform and your profile, during this Agreement and for a reasonable time afterwards to remove material already published. We will not use your voice, likeness or session content to train AI models or to create a synthetic voice or image of you without your separate written consent.
- Reports and readings you prepare for customers may be delivered to the customer and stored in their account, and the customer may keep and use them personally.
- Puja photos and videos are used to deliver proof to the customer. We use them in marketing only with the permission of the customer and of you, and with customer names and details removed.
- The Spirioology name, logo, app, software, designs and content belong to Spirioology. You may say that you are available on Spirioology, but you may not use our logo or brand in any other way, or create content that could be mistaken for ours, without our written permission.
13Ratings, quality and complaints
- Customers may rate and review the services you perform. You must not write, buy or arrange reviews, or offer customers anything in return for a review.
- To maintain quality and safety, we may review session records, chat transcripts, call recordings made with consent, puja proof and complaints. We do this only for quality, complaints, safety, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
- If a customer complains about you, we will tell you what was alleged and give you a fair chance to respond before deciding, except where there is an immediate safety risk or the law requires urgent action.
- Our ranking of Partners uses the factors published in our customer Terms, including availability, ratings, experience and complaint history. Payment never changes ratings or reviews.
14Taxes
- Your share is paid in Indian rupees and includes any tax you are liable to charge. You are responsible for your own income tax and, if you are required to register for GST, for registering and complying with GST law. If you are registered for GST, you must give us your GSTIN and a valid tax invoice for your Earnings.
- We deduct tax at source (TDS) from your Earnings where the Income-tax law requires it, at the rate that applies, and deposit it with the Government. You can see each deduction in your earnings statement, and we issue TDS certificates within the time the law sets.
- You must give us a valid PAN linked to your Aadhaar. Without it, or if the PAN is inoperative, the law requires a higher rate of TDS, which we must apply.
- Conducting religious ceremonies may be exempt from GST, and consultations may not be. Please take advice from your own tax adviser about your position.
15Safety, harassment and fair treatment
- Spirioology does not tolerate harassment of Partners by customers, or of customers by Partners. If a customer harasses or abuses you, end the session or leave the visit, and report it through the Partner app. We will investigate, support you and act against the customer, including closing their account and reporting crimes to the police.
- For pandit-at-home visits, you may refuse to start, or stop, a ritual if you reasonably believe you are unsafe. Please share your live location with a trusted person during visits. In an emergency, call 112.
- You must treat every customer with respect regardless of religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality or background.
- Sexual harassment. Spirioology follows the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. A complaint of sexual harassment by or against a Partner, including during a home visit or an online session, can be made to our Grievance Officer, and also to the Local Committee of the district where the law provides. You must cooperate with any inquiry. While an inquiry is under way, we may pause Bookings for the Partner concerned and will keep the complainant safe from contact.
16Suspension and ending this Agreement
- You may end this Agreement at any time from the Partner app. You must complete, or let us reassign, Bookings already confirmed, and give at least 7 days’ notice for pujas and visits already scheduled.
- We may end this Agreement by giving you 15 days’ notice in the Partner app, with our reasons.
- We may suspend your account immediately, and end this Agreement with immediate effect, if you seriously breach this Agreement or the Code of Conduct, give false information, act fraudulently, put a customer at risk, are charged with an offence that makes you unsuitable to serve customers, or if the law requires it. Unless safety or the law prevents it, we will tell you the reason and give you a chance to respond within 7 days, and we will lift the suspension if your response shows it was not justified.
- When this Agreement ends, we pay your Earnings for Bookings you completed, after the holding periods and any deductions allowed by Schedule 2, on the next payout date. We remove your public profile within 7 days, and keep records as our Privacy Policy states.
- Sections 11, 12, 14, 17 and 19, and any payment owed by either of us, continue after this Agreement ends.
17Responsibility and limits
- You are responsible for the services you perform and for your own conduct. You will compensate Spirioology for losses, fines and reasonable costs it suffers because you broke the law, this Agreement or the Code of Conduct, or infringed someone’s rights, to the extent you caused them.
- Spirioology provides the Platform as it is, and does not guarantee any number of Bookings or level of Earnings. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Except for amounts we owe you as Earnings, our total liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the Earnings paid or payable to you in the three months before the claim arose. Except for your responsibility under clause 17.1 for claims by customers, authorities or third parties, your total liability to us is limited in the same way. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or wilful misconduct.
- We recommend that Partners who make home visits hold personal accident and public liability insurance.
18Social security and other laws
- The Code on Social Security, 2020, in force since 21 November 2025, provides social security benefits for platform workers, and some States have their own laws for gig and platform workers. Where these laws apply to Spirioology or to you, each of us will comply with them. Complying with them does not make you an employee of Spirioology.
- Spirioology registers as an aggregator where the law requires, and shares the details the law requires about you and the work you do through us with the e-Shram portal or a State welfare board, so that you can receive the benefits those laws provide. Please register on the e-Shram portal, or a State portal, if the law requires you to.
- Any contribution or welfare fee that the law requires Spirioology to pay as an aggregator is paid by Spirioology and is never deducted from your Earnings.
- If the law of the State where you work gives you a right that is more favourable than this Agreement, such as a longer notice period, written reasons before your account is ended, or access to a dispute resolution committee, that right applies.
- You must comply with all laws that apply to the services you perform, including the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, 1994, the Gujarat Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2024 and similar laws of other States, the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
19Changes, notices, law and disputes
- We may change this Agreement by giving you at least 15 days’ notice in the Partner app, unless the law requires a change sooner. If you do not agree, you may end this Agreement before the change takes effect. If you continue after that date, the changed Agreement applies.
- We send notices to you in the Partner app or by email, and you can send notices to us at spirioology@gmail.com.
- This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
- If you have a complaint about Spirioology, such as a payout, a deduction, a rating or a suspension, raise it with our Grievance Officer at spirioology@gmail.com. We acknowledge it within 24 hours and give you a reasoned answer within 7 days, as our Grievance Redressal Policy sets out.
- If a dispute arises, we will both try in good faith to settle it through that process for 30 days. If it is not settled, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
- This Agreement, with its Schedules and your commission rates, is the entire agreement between us about the Services. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Spirioology may transfer this Agreement to a successor business, such as a company or LLP formed to carry on Spirioology, and will tell you if it does. You may not transfer this Agreement or let anyone else perform Bookings for you without our written agreement.
- This Agreement is available in English and in the other languages the Partner app offers. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.

Schedule 2. Earnings and payouts
| Item | Rule |
|---|---|
| When Earnings are counted | A consultation counts when it ends. A report counts when it is delivered. A puja counts when the proof meeting Schedule 3 is delivered to the customer. A pandit-at-home visit counts when the visit is completed in the Partner app |
| Holding period | Earnings become payable 7 days after they are counted, so that complaints and refunds can be settled first. A Booking under an open complaint is held until the complaint is decided |
| Payout date | Once a month, on the 8th, for all Earnings that became payable by the end of the previous month. If the 8th is a bank holiday, payment is made on the next working day |
| Minimum payout | ₹500. A smaller balance is carried forward to the next payout date |
| Micro and small enterprises | If you are registered on the Udyam portal as a micro or small enterprise and tell us, we always pay your Earnings within 45 days of the Booking being counted, as the MSMED Act requires, even if that means paying before the 8th or paying a balance under ₹500 |
| How you are paid | By NEFT or another bank transfer to the bank account in your name that we have verified. We never pay into a third party’s account |
| Deductions | TDS as the law requires. Refunds given to customers because of your fault, such as not performing a Booking, poor conduct proven after review, or proof that does not meet Schedule 3, up to your share for that Booking. Compensation we paid a customer because you cancelled less than 24 hours before a puja or visit without a genuine emergency, or arrived more than 60 minutes after the arrival window. Amounts paid to you by mistake |
| Not deducted | Refunds caused by technical failures on our side, refunds given as goodwill, and refunds because a customer disagreed with an interpretation, unless you broke the Code of Conduct |
| Time limit | We do not make a deduction for a Booking more than 90 days after it was counted, except in a case of fraud. Every deduction is shown with its reason, and you can ask us to review it under clause 10.6 |
| Statement | Every Booking, your share, each deduction with its reason and every payout with its bank reference number are shown in your earnings statement in the Partner app |
| Errors | Report within 30 days of a payout. We review and correct within 7 days |
Schedule 3. Puja standards
- Proof photos and videos must be captured inside the Partner app, which records the time and the location. They must be captured at the temple or place named in the Booking.
- The video must show the puja being performed and the sankalp being taken in the customer’s name, as listed in the Booking, and must not be edited to mislead.
- For a shared puja, where several customers’ sankalp is taken in one puja, the proof must be the same for all of them and is labelled as shared.
- Where a live stream is included, it must start at the scheduled time and show the actual puja.
- Proof must be uploaded within 24 hours of the puja, unless the Booking says otherwise.
- Stock footage, footage of another puja, AI-generated or AI-altered images, and reused proof are never allowed.
