Version 1.0 · Contact details and availability revised 30 October 2026

Availability on this website (revised 30 October 2026). On spirioology.com we currently offer today’s Panchang and native paid reports (a Kundli report at ₹49 per generation; the Numerology and Chinese astrology report prices have not been set, so those cannot be bought yet). The other services this document describes, such as live consultations, Spirio AI chats, online pujas, pandit visits, the store, accounts and the mobile apps, are not offered through this website at present, and the parts of this document about them apply when and where a service is offered.

Spirioology is the trade name of MANAS HEMANG RAVAL, a sole proprietor. Contact: spirioology@gmail.com · +91 99986 46559.

Please read this Disclaimer together with our Terms and Conditions at www.spirioology.com/terms. It explains what our readings, pujas and products are, and what they are not.

1Guidance for direction and positivity

  1. Spirioology offers Vedic astrology, numerology, Chinese astrology, tarot, palmistry, Vastu and related spiritual services, AI-assisted insights, pujas and spiritual products as guidance, to help you reflect, find direction and approach life with a positive outlook.
  2. These are traditional systems of faith and belief. They are not scientifically proven, and two astrologers, or an astrologer and Spirio AI, may read the same chart differently.
  3. Predictions are interpretations, not facts or guarantees. No outcome is promised, and your own choices, effort and circumstances matter. Any percentage, score or date in a reading is an interpretation, not a measured probability or deadline.

2Not professional advice

  1. Nothing on the Platform is medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, tax or other professional advice, or a substitute for it.
  2. Please do not stop or delay medical treatment, or make an important health, legal or financial decision, only on the basis of a reading. Speak to a qualified professional.
  3. Spirioology, its experts and Spirio AI do not give tips to buy or sell shares, securities or crypto assets, or numbers for betting, gambling or lotteries.

If you are in distress, please contact emergency services on 112 or Tele-MANAS on 14416 or 1-800-891-4416, which is free and available 24 hours a day in India. Outside India, please contact your local emergency number. Spirio AI and our experts are not an emergency or mental-health service.

3No cures

  1. In line with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954, we do not claim that any mantra, puja, kavach, yantra, talisman, gemstone, rudraksha or other product or remedy can diagnose, cure, treat, mitigate or prevent any disease or condition, or help with conception, pregnancy, miscarriage, menstrual problems or sexual capacity.
  2. Remedies are always optional, and every set of remedies we suggest includes at least one free option.

4Spirio AI

  1. Spirio AI is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person, and its answers are always labelled as AI. It generates answers automatically and can be wrong, including in ways that sound confident.
  2. Spirio AI interprets chart data calculated by our software. It does not replace a consultation with a human expert, and it will suggest one when a question needs human judgement.

5Experts and pandits

  1. Live consultations and pujas are provided by Spirioology through independent experts and pandits it engages. Their experience and qualifications are as they declare them. A “Verified” badge means we have checked their identity and the documents they gave us. It is not a government licence or a guarantee of accuracy.
  2. The views an expert expresses in a consultation are their own interpretation and do not necessarily represent the views of Spirioology.
  3. Our experts, pandits and Spirio AI never predict the date or time of a death, never predict or help choose the sex of a baby, and never offer black magic or any ritual meant to harm or control another person, as our Terms and Conditions explain.

6Pujas and spiritual products

  1. Pujas are acts of faith. We do not promise any particular spiritual, material or health result from any puja or ritual.
  2. Product descriptions explain the traditional and spiritual beliefs associated with an item. These are presented as beliefs, not as proven effects. Energised (abhimantrit) items are prepared through a ritual according to tradition, and we do not claim any physical difference or effect.
  3. Natural items such as gemstones, rudraksha and crystals vary in colour, shape and size. The product page says whether its photos show the actual item or a representative example.

7Articles, videos and educational content

  1. Articles, videos, festival guides and panchang information on the Platform and on our social media channels are for general information. Traditions, calendars and practices vary between regions and families, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or suits your tradition.
  2. Panchang timings and planetary positions are calculated by software for the location you choose. Small differences from other calendars are normal because of different calculation methods.

8Reviews and testimonials

  1. Reviews are written by customers who completed a consultation, booking or order, and describe their own experience. Individual experiences differ, and a review is not a promise of the same result for you.
  2. We do not pay for positive reviews or publish testimonials without the customer’s permission.

9Third-party links and services

  1. The Platform may link to websites and services run by others. We are not responsible for their content, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

10Errors and availability

  1. We work to keep the Platform accurate and available, but there may be errors, interruptions or delays, for example during maintenance. If we find an error that affects you, we correct it, and our Terms explain your remedies.
  2. Our Terms and Conditions at www.spirioology.com/terms set out the limits on our liability. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by contract.
