Delete Your Account
Availability on this website (revised 30 October 2026). On spirioology.com we currently offer today’s Panchang and native paid reports (a Kundli report at ₹49 per generation; the Numerology and Chinese astrology report prices have not been set, so those cannot be bought yet). The other services this document describes, such as live consultations, Spirio AI chats, online pujas, pandit visits, the store, accounts and the mobile apps, are not offered through this website at present, and the parts of this document about them apply when and where a service is offered.

Guest report buyers. There is no account sign-in on this website today. If you bought a native report as a guest and want the data held for that order deleted, email spirioology@gmail.com from the address you used to buy it, with “Delete my account” in the subject line, or call +91 99986 46559. Where the steps below mention the app or Settings, they apply once those features are offered to you.
How to delete your account

Before you delete
- Download anything you want to keep, such as your kundli, reports and readings, from Settings, then Privacy and data.
- If you bought Spirioology Premium through the App Store or Google Play, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings as well. Deleting your Spirioology account does not stop an app-store subscription by itself, and the app reminds you of this.
- Check any upcoming pujas, pandit visits or undelivered orders. They will be cancelled and refunded as described below.
What happens when you delete your account
- Shop orders that have not been dispatched are cancelled and refunded in full. Orders already dispatched are delivered as normal, and returns and refunds for them work as usual.
- Upcoming pujas and pandit visits are cancelled and refunded under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Your unused paid wallet balance is refunded to your original payment method within 7 working days, or, where that is not possible, to a bank account you verify with us.
- Spirioology Premium paid directly to us stops renewing.
- Promotional credit, free allowances and unused purchased Spirio AI questions lapse. The app warns you before you confirm.
- Your profile, birth details, readings, chats and saved palm photos are deleted or anonymised within 30 days, except the records listed below.
- A deleted account cannot be restored. You are welcome to create a new account at any time.
What we keep, and for how long
The law requires us to keep some records after an account is deleted. We keep them securely, use them only for the purpose stated, and delete them when the period ends.

Deleting only some of your data
You do not have to delete your whole account. In Settings, then Privacy and data, you can delete individual readings, saved palm photos and your Spirio AI memory, withdraw consent for marketing messages, analytics or advertising, and correct your details.
Astrologers, pandits and sellers
Partners can end their Partner Agreement from the Partner app, and sellers can end their Seller and Supplier Agreement from the Seller app. Earnings and payments still due are paid as those agreements set out, and records are kept as our Privacy Policy states.
